Van Buren Buses

As a mid-sized North American city, I don't get why Van Buren still does not have a bus system. Although there is a tram line, it only covers the central part of Van Buren. The city is getting increasingly spread out, so we need buses to connect the outskirts with Downtown VB, otherwise there will be large amounts of traffic clogging the roads.

I think any city that has a tram line should definitely already have somewhat of a bus network. Plus, VB is the capital city of the region, it should definitely have a bus network

It doesn’t make sense that it has multiple colleges, regional trains, and a tram, but no busses
