Hey all!
I've recently started experimenting with plopping vs zoning when it comes to suburbs. I've been running into an issue though; I'm struggling with how many different house assets to use. So now, I turn to you wonderful people: when plopping suburbs, how many housing assets do YOU use per area?

I generally keep the neighborhoods to one or two different types of construction, or a collection like Boldly Building's American Eclectic. I then tend to go through an plop them fairly sequentially from Find It or RICO, maybe favoring and disfavoring some a bit depending on whether I like them or not. Then I'll go about moving/swapping them around to find the look and feel I want with each placement...Not sure how helpful that is to you, but, yeah, I'd recommend finding a collection or two you like and then going from there.
