i found something! if you go on dcode go on ceaser cipher click the custom alphabet option make it so it has only 0 and 1 and shift the binary numbers by one you actualy get something
you get these numbers 00111000 00111001
decoding it in binary gives us 89
i tried to use a standard ceaser cipher but it didn't work
i tried keyed ceaser cipher and bruteforced the key
and the key was "youshouldntseethis"
it took way longer than i thought
