Tbf, Literally every Ancient Build structure i.e Temples, Underground cities, and Strongholds are in disrepair.
A lot of time would have to pass for buildings of their size and material to simply break down into ruins. Plus we don't know how long the Player enters the world since the extinction of the Builders
