I think this is a bedrock graphics limitation and the second one is just bedrock world gen lol
if that second image has the lava lake go all the way to -54 then that's why that city spawned

The farther you get the more glitched it gets
If im right heres what its called
Stretched lands(before the Striped)

Here its mostly the world being corrupted if Im right some old minecraft(pe) versions mostly 1.7.1? or you can either download a minecraft Rip-off(The only changed is texture) play for 10 mins mess around
Flat + Creative
Then delete that and either play another Ripoff but this time a higher vers or the original go back there and you'll see normal generations(biome) Reaching to the normal height which is for old versions 56-61 this has happened to me before when i was playing rip-off minecraft lol
But if thats infinite generation Im guessing Its Chunk generation breaking
if you loaded 1.13 > 1.19 or something there will be chunks like that
