It seems like nodejs isn't installed on your pc, or at least npm

NodeJS is the thing that will execute the code, you can download it from here: https://nodejs.org/en
V16.6 would be ideal
We also recommand using the beta version as it should have less bugs than the main version, you can follow this tutorial on how to download it (if it isn't the beta already): #tutorial
