so i updated and everything, i still cant get spotdl to download songs cause of this error

However i got it to work on a Virtual Machine but i was still getting errors of a rate limit

I did try to make a spotify app thing with a new client ID and Secret ID but i still couldnt get it to work

I'm afriad that my virtual machine wont work either soon so is there a fix?
