spotify has some suggestions

such as actually limiting the rate yourself

#

it sends a 429 error to the client, which the client just ignores until spotify stops it completley

#

if it recieves a 429, and waits like 45 seconds to a few minutes before proceeding, it should work

#

cause every 429 makes the wait time longer and longer

#

so if i get rate limited i can only try like a few times a day
