Getting query error when trying to change my YT Premium bitrate | spotDL | Page 1

I have the needed cookies but I am getting the query error:

          [{download,save,web,sync,meta,url}] query [query ...]

spotdl: error: the following arguments are required: query

And I heard it has something to do in the config and I have it open but I'm still a little confused on what I should do.

"query" stands for the actual song you wanna download, just add the url or song name.
