Sorry I am new to this. This used to work months back but it started giving ffmpeg errors.

using version 4.2.11 most modern version

win64 format because i couldn't get it to work with python

Python/(site packages) is not added to PATH correctly.
You need to install Python from https://www.python.org/downloads/
