can't find downloaded files

i ran the command
C:\Windows\System32>spotdl download https://open.spotify.com/playlist/71ukbUl4UYusX6MwGSbOHG?si=b9c032f54a094275

i tried looking on the spotdl folder in my user but theres nothing there.

if that's not teh directory and is another one please tell me where it is
