i have ffmpeg and spotdl added to system path, I did not install ffmpeg via python, I prefer having it available for all users, so I manually downloaded/extracted/added to sys path

I can reattempt the download and it will usually work, however the issue still stands

apparantyl it is fixable by adding the argument

-c:a libmp3lame -b:a 192k

in config.json

apparantly the copy function for bitrate seems to be broken
