YT Premium Cookies Issue (141 - m4a - 256k not available)

Adjusted streaming quality to high in my yt music premium account, placed my cookies file (for yt music) in the same folder spotdl is running from, entered all arguments correctly, audio still at 128 kbps (also clipped at 16khz as seen in SPEK). According tor yt-dlp it ends with 140 m4a (130k) and 141 m4a (256k) is missing.

Don't know if GVS PO Token is relevant for this issue, as seen in screenshot above, just interesting to see that acc to "[info] Available formats for tVthyPOWc-E:" 141 m4a high is not availabe.
