#ValueError cannot create a sync file

Hi, when running spotdl sync songs.spotdl i get ValueError: Cannot create a sync file with a .spotdl file in the query.
as if i'm using both query and save file.

songs.spotdl was created using the following command:
spotdl sync playlist_url --format mp3 --bitrate 128k --save-file "songs.spotdl"

How to solve ?

spotdl version: 4.2.5
OS: Windows 23H2
