Several errors on the traceback - Ubuntu

Hi guys, when I'm having several errors running this command: python3 -m spotdl --format m4a --bitrate disable --cookie-file /home/jcamarena/Downloads/cookies.txt https://open.spotify.com/playlist/5GbMWNTZUvHrc7dwpx8CYX?si=229c47652e33459f

Even if I just run (without the cookie file) : python3 -m spotdl https://open.spotify.com/playlist/5GbMWNTZUvHrc7dwpx8CYX?si=229c47652e33459f
I'm still having the same problem.

I'm running Spotdl 4.2.4v and Ubuntu 20.04.6

Please help me!!!
