idk why but when I run "spotdl --download-ffmpeg" it says than spotdl is not installed but when i run "pip install spotdl" it installed correctly

Adding to PATH on Windows
In Start Menu, Search env then click Edit the system environment variables, then click Environment Variables in the bottom right.
In System variables, scroll down to Path and double Click. You can now view or edit the PATH variable.

your python is from microsoft store, thus it's not on PATH. you have to either add it manually or install python from the official website to resolve the issues you are having
