Hi there, hello.
Could you defend a Phantasm card, like a dragon, as Lexi with an arrow and then use Lightning Press to pop it up to 6+ attack and destroy the card? I think that you can, but I want to be sure. Thanks a lot!!

Yes that works. Make sure you use Lightning Press and not Rain Razors (Rain Razors is only for attacking Arrows)
