Super easy to make. Fairly quick. Hits that home comfort food spot. Calling it Reverse Trickline Style because it's the easiest way to do something instead of the hardest
- 1 family sized box of Velveeta shells and cheese (Mac and cheese)
- 2 small packs of frozen broccoli florets
- 1 rotisserie chicken from Walmart, meat removed. (Alternatively you can use canned chicken)
- Optional: Cajun Seasoning to taste.
-
Start by cooking the macaroni according to the box directions but don't add the cheese mix yet when it's done.
-
Get the broccoli cooking by microwaving it according to the package directions or stove top.
[What I did was cook the macaroni first, then while the shells were draining in the strainer I added water to the main pot and cooked the broccoli.]
-
Add the broccoli, macaroni, chicken to the pot. Pour the cheese packet on top. Stir it all together. Add optional seasoning and stir.
-
Enjoy.
