Loaders and actions with performance

Hi, I have a performance related problem.
I have some controllers on my page, like changing themes, sidebar and checkbox that are controlled by actions and cookies. However, whenever I change any of these items, all loaders are redone, thus bringing a necessary performance wear

The mouse cursor does not appear in the recording, but if you notice the hover when selecting the checkbox, you will see the slowness.
