I tried using tandem and hellotalk but I just feel like it's pointless because no one's replying to me, or maybe I'm using them wrong ? Do you recommend kakaotalk ?

Everyone learning a foreign language will probably face the same concern. I also need to study English, but finding a partner for the purpose of 'language exchange' isn't easy.
