#How does saying "I" or "Me" in Korean work?

In my research I came across 2 methods to say it, formal and casual.

Casual: 나 (na)

But my question is how do you write/pronounce it in formal? My research says that it's like this: 처

I'm a bit confused at how you pronounce it. Since some sources state you still pronounce it with the (a) sound even though it is using the (eo) vowel.

Any help would be appreciated!
