I mean there were huge problems even before that. Its been so for ages andf probalby will be a problem in the future. So I guess they wont come back, because the reactions are not used respectfully

It was removed before SoC and WH folks frankly asked for it to be remvoed when they spammed poop emoji on a charity event news.

Yeah reacts have been removed more than 1 and half year ago, it's not something recent.
