Self-explanatory: The Vampire Coast banner uses the outdated design from when they were a generic Vampire Counts faction. Please, either update it to be the current one, or do the same as was done with the Kislev emoji by keeping it but just renaming it to "VampireCoastOld".
The Vampire Coast role already uses the updated banner, its time the emoji was updated as well. This would make it more in-line with the other races who use the proper banner style.
