asdf erlang 27.0.1 crypto.app not found in rebar3

There was a problem when running the shell command `rebar3`.

I'm trying to use gleam 1.4.1 with erlang 27.0.1 but i get this error even after a gleam clean and rm -rf of the build directory

its not really a gleam problem, it means the erlang build didnt find openssl when you installed it
