but NGENUITY's Equalizer and Mic Monitoring are changing nothing

i feel no difference no matter whether they're on or not

i don't hear myself through my headphones which i found is what mic monitoring is supposed to do

am i missing something? i restarted after it initially told me to and audio enhancements are on via windows

I'm having the same problems. Monitoring is way too low and apparently nothing can be done about it. The EQ sound stopped working.
