this happened both time the mic piece eventually becomes stiff and unbendable and when you do bend it just spring back into place where the back of the mic is facing the wrong way and it barely picks up audio if not any i believe its to be caused by the metal housing or the rubber sleeve if this could be maybe changed so this wouldnt happen so i wouldnt have to buy a new headset everytime this occurs would be nice or finally make it where the microphone attachment could be purchased on the site SKU: 4P5C4AA its been well over 3 years and its still out of stock
