Not sure if this is the right way to ask about this, but about a month ago I sent a support ticket reporting a low-impact vulnerability. I've noticed that the issue appears to have been fully patched since then, but I haven't received a response to my ticket.
I would like to know if I could publicly disclose the vulnerability in a technical blog post. If possible, could someone reach out in a private channel or provide an update via my support ticket (Submitted: 26/02/12 04:39:57)?
