Hello, unfortunately, the issue is still occurring. I've been making attempts to use these functionalities over the past week. I didn't wait a day this time, but I waited for several hours a few times (about 4-6 hours) and nothing appeared in the Timeline and Round Detail tabs. Only in one case, it worked, results appeared immediately in the case of one game, but this was only one isolated instance when it worked. Most of the tries I did on version: V.1.4.30.G.1226 0358.

Happy New Year to you! 🎉 Generally, it’s normal for data collection to take some time, but as you mentioned waiting 4-6 hours without any data being collected, I’ll look into whether this falls within the expected range. I’m sorry I couldn’t assist you more quickly.

Happy New Year! That's ok, I hope you had a good holiday. I have a few things to add to the subject. A couple of days ago I had an opportunity to leave the PC on with the Op.gg app on for 17 hours. Unfortunately, even in such a long time the app hasn't aggregated the data. My feeling is (only a feeling, this is not knowledge) that somehow the app doesn't trigger any computations. So it is not like the app is computing for such a time and doesn't finish, but it isn't computing anything at all.
To summarize, in many cases of trying to obtain Timeline and Round Details data I was successful in only two cases. In one case I have aggregated data after approximately 12 hours and in the second case, I have these data in the instant. After the TFT game, I just clicked on the Timeline tab of this game and aggregated data showed in a moment, the same in the Round Details tab. In other cases, quite many, it didn't work. I was leaving the app from an hour or two to several cases of 4 to 6 hours (I have written about it in my last post) to 17 hours last time. I'm still on version: V.1.4.30.G.0109 1230.
