When do I get the pre-registration rewards?

Answer: No need to pre-register, the free bundle will be available to collect in the in-game store for 2 weeks after the game launches on the Console store.

What is it about Stumble Guys that makes it a good console game?
Answer: "This is simply a new experience where you can play with your controller by default! Furthermore, you will soon be able to play with friends at home with the upcoming split screen feature for more fun and friendly banter!"

Will there be user generated content for the console version?
Answer: It will! Stay tuned as we are working on bringing the Workshop to Console too.

Why is the News not up to date?
Answer: The News will be updated when console and mobile versions are synced!

Why is Stumble Pass different?
Answer: The console version will have exclusive Stumblers and rewards that you'll be able to show off in the mobile version! The console version is not using the new stumble pass.

Why do the stumble passes work the way they do now, is there not a way for us to receive all the rewards from both mobile pass and console pass?
Answer: We are actively working on improving the stumble pass experience for players that progress between console and other platforms.

Why am I missing some skins I have on mobile, but not on console?
Answer: Please note that because of certain limitations you will only see the cosmetics from version 0.55 until console and mobile versions are synced.

If in the future we link our account with our Console profile, will we have access to all the cosmetics currently available on our Mobile/Steam account?
Answer: We don't have the ability to merge two different accounts, even if it's held by the same person. The best option is to be logged into your Scopely ID on both Mobile and Console. Log in with the account that you want to keep to ensure you are keeping your favorite content.

When will Stumble Workshop be added?
Answer: It will be coming soon. Stay tuned as we are working on bringing the Workshop to Console too.

When will split screen be available?
Answer: It will be coming soon. Stay tuned as we are working on bringing the split screen to Console.

Answer: Yes you will! Controller customization will be coming shortly. This will allow you to have single button bindings for all in-game actions.

Will there be more Console achievements and additional features to come?
Answer: New achievements and features will be added throughout 2024 and beyond.

Are there plans for more Console exclusive packs or bundles? Will there be platform-specific packs when the game is released on additional platforms?
Answer: We are continuously working with Microsoft to make your experience on Console unique. We are starting to look into more exclusives and will announce them as they become available.

Will there be exclusive skins, emotes, or taunts for Console players? If so, will it be possible to transfer it to your account on mobile or PC?

Answer: According to Microsoft, free to play online multiplayer games no longer require Xbox Live Gold!

Can I link my mobile account to my Xbox account?
Answer: Yes, you can link your mobile account to your Xbox account via your Scopely ID.

Will cross-progression be available at the launch of Xbox?
Answer: Yes, but please note that because of certain limitations you will only see the cosmetics from version 0.55 until console and mobile versions are synced.

Answer: The validation process is simply faster on Xbox but we're working hard to bring the game on PlayStation and Switch soon!

How will the console version be different from the mobile version?
Answer: Some Stumblers will exclusively be available to get through console, but playable on mobile. There will also be separate Stumble Passes for console and mobile. Please note that until mobile and console versions are synced, you will notice some differences. We are working on it!

Answer: Yes, we are happy to announce that Stumble Guys is free-to-play as it has always been on all other platforms.

Do I need PlayStation Plus to play Stumble Guys?
Answer: No, as mentioned previously, the game is free-to-play online without the need of any subscription plan.

When and how do I get the pre-registration rewards?
Answer: During the first 2 weeks after the release date, you will be able to claim this free bundle by simply visiting the ''shop'' in-game.

Can I link my mobile account to my PlayStation account?
Answer: Yes, through Scopely ID (Email Scopely Account option). When you launch the game you will be presented with the option to link your existing account. If not linked on this instance you can always find this option via the in-game ''Settings''.

Will cross-progression be available at the launch of PlayStation?
Answer: Yes, but it is important to know that the PlayStation and the mobile/steam are on different game versions; you'll only have cosmetics and skins up until the current version. All your virtual currency will be also available (Gems & Stumble Tokens). Scopely ID (Email) is available and you'll be able to connect with your progress.

Will cross-play be available at the launch of PlayStation?
Answer: Cross-play will not be available at the PlayStation launch. The functionality will be enabled once the game builds on PlayStation and Xbox are synchronized. Initially, only PS4 and PS5 players will be able to play together.

Will there be a PlayStation Starter Pack?
Answer: Yes, we will have a sweet bundle pack offer!

Will my PlayStation Starter Pack be visible on other consoles and mobile?
Answer: Yes, you can acquire this offer and have the contents visible also on other platforms. The offer itself will be exclusive to PS.

Will the game be available on both PS4 and PS5?
Answer: Yes, both PlayStation 4 & PlayStation 5 will be able to enjoy Stumble Guys.

How will the PlayStation version be different from the mobile version?
Answer: We aim to achieve the ability to sit down and enjoy our game on the big screen on home consoles. So, PlayStation launch is really important for us so we have more players being able to enjoy our game.

Answer: It all comes down to the ability to sit down, relax, grab your controller, and enjoy Stumble Guys on the big screen especially because after the initial launch, we aim to have a split-screen option feature available as soon as possible.

Is there an approximate target date for the split-screen feature's release?
Answer: Not yet, keep an eye out on Discord and/or on our social media so you don't miss out when this feature becomes available.

Is the split-screen going to support 2 players maximum, or more?
Answer: Split screen can be played by up to 4 players.

Will there be user-generated content for the PlayStation version?
Answer: For our Stumble Workshop feature, we aim to have it this year 2024.

Will the Stumble Pass be different on PlayStation?
Answer: You will get the same Stumble Pass as Xbox.

Why are you launching on Xbox and PlayStation first and not Nintendo Switch?
Answer: There are a lot of external factors that we considered here, in the end, we decided to move forward with the releases this way so we can have everyone enjoying the Stumble Guys console experience as soon as possible.

When will the game be available on Switch?
Answer: The game will be available on Switch in the second half of 2024.

Can I play with mouse and keyboard on PlayStation?
Answer: No, it is not possible to play with mouse and keyboard at the moment.

Will there be trophy support and will the game feature a Platinum trophy?
Answer: Yes, we will have trophy support and a Platinum trophy as well. PlayStation 4 & PlayStation 5 will each have their own trophy set.

Will it be possible in the future to buy things in the game using an out-of-app currency?
Answer: No, we will continue using our current currency, like Gems and Stumble Tokens to buy cosmetics inside the game.

Yes, we are happy to announce that the game is free-to-play. We want this to be the same as on all other platforms.

Do I need a subscription to play Stumble Guys on Switch?
No, as mentioned previously, the game is free-to-play online without the need of any subscription plan.

When and how do I get the pre-registration rewards?
During the first 48 hours after Stumble Guys launches on Switch, visit the in-game store to snag a free bundle with cool stuff such as: ''Punch Emote'', ''Pow Footsteps'' and the super ''Karat Krusher'' skin. Be sure not to miss it!

Can I link my mobile account to my Switch account?
Not right now, Stumble Guys on Switch is its own standalone for the time being.

Will cross-progression be available at launch of Switch?
Cross-progression won't be there at launch, but cross-play will be!

The Switch Starter Pack cosmetics will show up on other platforms, but the deal itself is only for Switch. Just remember, some things might be different because there's no cross-progression yet.

How long will the Founders Pack be available?
The Founder's Pack will be up for grabs until the game launches on Switch. After that, you’ll get in-game rewards.

How will the Switch version be different from the mobile version?
Switch players get exclusive skins right away. For the first few weeks, new content will come to Switch a bit later than mobile as we sync everything up.

How will the Switch version be different from the PlayStation and Xbox versions?
The Stumble Pass and Store will be unique for Switch players. Once everything is synched, content will be the same across all three platforms.

What is it about Stumble Guys that makes it a good Switch game?
Stumble Guys is perfect for Switch due to its smooth gameplay and awesome controller support. Plus, the upcoming split-screen feature lets you play with friends and family right in your living room! After the initial launch, we're aiming to have the split-screen option available as soon as possible.

Split screen is coming very soon, we're aiming to have this feature live by end of September 2024, but please keep in mind that this date is tentative and is subject to changes as we get closer.
