Creator Code of Conduct

  • Be Respectful to all Staff and Fellow Creators

  • Absolutely no personal attacks, hate speech, or any other directed and/or implied insults etc. towards fellow creators or Staff, whether within this server or outside of it

  • Respect the Staff Roles and do not ping and/or DM any of the Staff members that you’re not supposed to! If you have to ping and/or DM a Staff member, please only do so if necessary, and be patient when waiting for a reply

  • Keep Everything Confidential!

  • Anything shared in this server is confidential and should not be shared with others or used in your content unless we state that it is okay to do so

  • This includes NOT showing the Creator Discord server publicly in any way, be it screen share in a video or via screenshots, etc.

  • Do Not Use Unofficial Sources of Information

  • If the information does not originate from us, then there is no way to verify if the information is accurate. You should not promote or acknowledge these unofficial sources of information in any manner

  • Be Ethical and Honest

  • Do not use bots, purchase followers, etc. or launch malicious attacks against fellow creators

  • Do not provide us with false information at any point of time

  • Do Not Steal / Plagiarize

  • Every creator works hard to produce their own, unique content. Let’s respect each other and not steal or infringe on anyone’s intellectual property rights

  • Read ALL Announcements and Instructions Before Pinging and/or DMing for Information!

  • We put in the time and effort to write clear and precise instructions and do our best to provide all information and available resources whenever we make any announcements. Please give us the courtesy of reading through the announcements completely before you reach out to any Staff or Moderator with inquiries

  • Do Not Instigate Raids on our Discord Servers or Social Media Channels

  • If you have any questions or issues that need to be addressed, please speak privately with any staff member. You should not be asking your followers to spam us on any platform as that does not solve any problems.

  • Do Not Use or Promote Any Illegal Game Modification Programs, Services and/or Mods

Content Guidelines

Scopely loves social media, and we want to keep our social campaigns consistent with our values. These Content Guidelines will help guide you to a successful experience.

We encourage our Influencers to add their own personal flair to their social media Content and keep things fun while using these guidelines to keep the message on track. While we always reserve the right to request edits or removal of any Content you post online as part of the Program, we prefer that our Influencers self-regulate. Have fun!

WHEN YOU POST ABOUT SCOPELY OR ITS GAMES, YOU MUST:

  • Be truthful and honest

  • Be useful, relevant, and interesting

  • Use your own work

  • Be easy to understand

  • Post things others will feel comfortable with and want to share

  • Be appropriate for a large audience

  • Be timely

  • Be authentically you

  • Be respectful of others

  • Portray Scopely and its products and services in a positive and accurate light

  • Disclose your participation in this Program and otherwise comply fully with the FTC's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsement and Testimonials in Advertising as well as any updated version of the Guidelines or other guidance that the FTC makes available.

  • EXAMPLE: Every time you post about Scopely or its products, you must include a simple statement about your relationship with us, e.g.

  • Make sure disclosures are clear, prominent (not buried), and appear in each post/video as required by the FTC Guidelines.

YOUR POSTS MAY NOT:

  • Use clickbait in any aspect, e.g. including on thumbnails, in descriptions etc.
  • Showcase modded content, hacks or other illegal game content
  • Misrepresent the qualities or features of Stumble Guys or other Scopely games
  • Disparage or attack other companies, brands, products, or games
  • Contain profanity, nudity, or offensive content
  • Be illegal, obscene, threatening, harassing, defamatory, false, misleading, and/or unsafe
  • Promote illegal or unsafe activities, like drugs, tobacco, guns, or illegal gambling, and/or any other content prohibited by Scopely’s Terms of Service
  • Attack others or their beliefs
  • Espouse a political position
  • Be disrespectful to others
  • Attack or undermine Scopely or its values
  • Contain the copyrighted work of others
  • Contain images, names, or likenesses of others without their permission
  • Contain images or trademarks that do not belong to Scopely
  • Misrepresent your relationship to Scopely
  • Violate any applicable law

Q: What are the minimum requirements to apply to the program?
A: Please read the requirements message above for more details.

Q: I want a coloured name in Stumble Guys! I want the 1nflu3nZ0r Stumbler too!
A: You need to be an Official Stumble Guys Creator in order to get these perks.

Q: Can I make content unrelated to Stumble Guys on my channels?
A: Yes, you are allowed to make content unrelated to Stumble Guys as long as it follows our content guidelines. Just make sure you are producing Stumble Guys content regularly as well, to meet the minimum activity requirements as stated by the program guidelines.

Q: How long will it take for my application to be processed?
A: Your application may take up to 14 Days to be processed. Please give us up to 28 Days to process applications during holiday periods.

Q: How do I know if my application has been accepted or rejected?
A: If you have applied through the Discord Ticket method then please check your ticket channel and Email regularly for updates. All updates regarding your application will be sent there.

Q: How can I ensure my application gets approved?
A: There is no way to guarantee 100% approval on any application. However, you can greatly increase the chances of your application getting processed quickly and possibly approved, if you have read all information channels, and meet all the minimum requirements before applying. Read all questions in the form carefully before answering them, and provide correct and complete information in the form.

Q: Why was I rejected?
A: You will be rejected if:

  • You spam message/ping/DM any staff members or moderators unnecessarily
  • You apply multiple times
  • You enter incorrect or incomplete information in the form
  • You do not hit the minimum requirements to be accepted into the program

Q: What is the minimum age to apply?
A: You need to be at least 18 years old to apply. Unfortunately, If you are under 18, we cannot accept you into the creator program.

Q: How do I get notified about updates and news on the Creator Program?
A: You can receive a ping whenever there is news on the Creator Program by getting the notification role from #🎭┃roles message!
