I have one in back up and one in stage iv. I wanna reset the stage iv digimon to egg quickly. is there a way to do this other than making it die itself?

Feed it pils till it gets sick

Then heal and get sick again

Don't remember if you need to train to feed pill again to get sick

Unfortunately, the only way to get a new Digimon egg is if your Digimon dies or you reset your device.

20 sicknesses will kill it.
So pills to 99g, cure, train to drop weight, and pills again. Then repeat until the device screams at you.
