I have the option to Pick up either a Be vital, Color anime digivice or the Last Evolution digivice.
What are everyone’s thoughts on which one I should pick first.

It depends on what you wanna do with the devices.
Wanna raise a Digimon of your choice, go with the BE.
Wanna walk with a Device and battle using the OG Digimon, go with the Digivice Colour.
If you want a cosplay prop then go for the Digivice colour. (I assume you're talking about the CSA Last Evolution Digivice. The one that just makes sounds and lights).
Support for the BE is ending soon. So app related usage will be restricted. But you have a huge choice in Digimon (and other franchises) that can be run on them. Battery life isn't great, but it is fun.
The DigiviceC can also connect to other Colour Devices. So you can battle them as well.
But at then end of the day, you choose what you wanna run and have. The DigiviceC is brand new, so there will be a lot of hype right now over it. So if you wanna join the Hype, go for it. It was a Preoder Device, so they will be tricky to get a hold of. Whereas the BE is retail release and will be easier to buy, and may also be going down in price soon since support is stopping.
