#"Other" Battle Animations

it just uses the classic battle system of i think 3 hits and a finisher for the winner
the animations are usually due to whatever the original slot is
@compact mesa there's no damage or anything, the original battle system was just a simple RNG check (affected by some other things like the slot the digimon was in on the original v1 dmog deciding how powerful it was giving higher/lower odds for winning) placed against eachother in a battle
the animations are just to sorta give the visual idea that they're battling and exchanging attacks, the only one that matters is the last attack at the end where one digimon will send 2 attacks and dodge the enemies 1 attack (the winner) while the other will send another single attack and get hit by the double attack (the loser)
the original battle system that the "other" option uses is just a super simplified form that acts as the sort of lowest common denominator between most 2 prong devices
but what about newer digimon like on the dmx?
they just get assigned to a certain slot from the original device
ok
