Hi, can anybody provide a brief summary of what changed with stat training on the VB with the new firmware? I understand that there are Items that affect stat training, but when I tried to look into it I got somewhat overwhelmed. Thanks for any help!

After a battle, you may get an item that provides a boost to training, addition to training timer, or double VP gain after battles. When you use the item, it'll apply the effect for a certain amount of time.
