Does anyone know whats the difference between the first wave(10x) and the second wave(20x)?

I'd like to know too! I'm still figuring out the differences between the first wave Data Link and the Mega Burst. So far, the "Story Mode" maps have a different order of mons. A shame there's so little info on them. I have a guide for the Data Link but ofc it doesn't have everything. #pre_2017_vpets message
