I have Gabumon right now and I was wondering if I should Overfeed him after I have 3 care mistakes cause last time I did it before and I turned into Angelmon?

Overfeeding is completely unrelated and separate to care mistakes.
You also need to continue feeding until they flat out refuse to eat 3 different times
