So I'm trying to evolve my Gammamon into GulusGammamon, but it says on humulos that I need between 0 and 499 Vital Values. The thing is... I've got way more. Is there something I can do to lower them, or that's not necessary?

I've heard people say if you put it in the app and do battles it'll lower vital values, not sure if that's the most efficient way though

it's not necessary if you meet all the other requirement. it's a minimum of.
