#BE error code 50000, gulus gammamon stuck in the arena app

I have a gulus gammamon stuck in the arena app. I put him from my BE into the arena app so I could register him. Now he's stuck and I keep getting error code 50000 when I try to connect the arena app to my BE.

It won't even let me start the transfer process. Im going to the app log link menu in my BE, and waiting for it to say "touch". Once I do, I select gulus to send back. When my phone and BE make contact, this error code comes up.

I'm at a loss. I've rebooted the app and the watch and it's not resolving the issue.

Can't tell you what the issue is, but I ended up getting that once with a bad scan

Got any other BEs you can try with?

I wonder if it's some sort of data corruption. If you can't get it working, you might have to try resetting the BE and see if that rewrites the NFC tag with fresh blank data
