#Just came back from a depot warranty repair but application still freezes followed by a forced reset

based on what you mentioned prlly a chipset issue/bad uv?
Bios is up to date, but I did do a DDU uninstall of Nvidia and intel and clean installed them, as well as reinstalled all the chipset drivers on about saturday. Haven't seen a freeze just yet but also haven't had a chance to do an extended gaming session
can also be bad mem/ssd but try with the easy things first before continuing*
yeah, that's my hope. they didn't replace the SSD so if I get another freeze I am risking a full OS reinstall then I'll call them up again
Only other weird thing is after the DDU and reinstall starting up warframe causes a minor PC hang. Can confirm this is only on hybrid mode so the DDU may have broken something with the graphics swap handoff because the exact same 2 second freeze happen again when closing the game
check logbooks
(event viewer)
see (critical/error) and what timestamp that hang occured and its details
all I get at the time of the hangs are
Application 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\bin\cef\cef.win64\steamwebhelper.exe' (pid 22432) cannot be restarted - Application SID does not match Conductor SID..
googling about the SID led me to clearing the TPM which did nothing
No, only windows defneder

i dont really care about those errors
i only care about criticals
and those cause hangs and such
best to just spare my time is to send a screenshot of your event log
where it groups it into critical and such
there are no critical errors that's the thing
the highest level is error and that occurs on starting/closing the app which I think is from it going from the optimus to the nvidia
