Describe the issue: After a recent update my keyboard backlight presets were all deleted and replaced with various fancy rainbow defaults. No preset turns the lights off entirely. I used to be able to edit this via Lenovo Vantage but the option no longer exists. Official support instructions and forum posts just seem confused - they keep telling me to go to Vantage. Attached is all I have available.
What have you tried already?: I have searched for and performed updates to my OS and Vantage specifically. No change.
When did it start producing the issue: About two weeks ago. Unsure of exact date.
Did you install new drivers or software?: Nothing at all as far as I can tell.
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: See attached.
