Issue is everything is more than fine with cpu boost off (which wasnt before i sent to repair shop, they cleanes and repasted) but with cpu boost turned on with default settings my cpu works on 80-90 degree without doing anything and if i do a benchmark on cpu with CPU-Z it goes to 100 degree in like 2 seconds. So have u guys experienced this before? Guy at the repair shop said something with cpu power IC and charged me more to fix it on top of cleaning etc. yet still its not usable on cpu boost.
started a year ago i always used it without cpu boost.

is it also weird that cpu works on 4ghz while doing nothing and fans go ham

thermal grizzly i think

i installed tm7950 but didnt cleared the fans so it was in a bad shape

then i sent it to reapir shop they cleaned and repasted thermal grizzly

its better than before but i still cant use cpu boost
