May I ask what tweaks you made in the nvcp?
I'd that your best of the best? Like most gas it can handle
Thanks for the response. May i ask why no CPU tweaks?
Wait so if you want to OC Kingston is preferred?
AM i mistaken or is KF556S40IBK2-3 5600mhz ram? meanwhile lenovo defaults to 6400mhz?
so although its 5600 it can still OC beyond 6400 despite lenovo's stock ram that starts at 6400 but OCs less?
Is there a reason why you have to OC ram to OC the CPU?
improving 1% lows would be epic, after seeing the comparision between 9955hx3d and 275hx, the 275hx needs serious help in 1% lows.
Hi there, in regards to MEM OC,
It says here the maximum supported is DDR5 6400MT/S, so to improve performance, MEM OC refers to timings, command rate and sub-timings?
So once you hit 6400MHZ theres no point going furhter the maximum stated memory type?
and for DDR5 reportably there is extremely little difference in performance with lowering CL, so may i ask for clarification what MEM OC are you talkig about?
Thanks, im asking about since the legion 7 already default comes with 6400MHZ ram, and in the above img it says it supports up to 6400mhz
so does that mean theres no point OC beyond 6400mhz?
ah so even tho intel mentions "up to" its not the true limit?
that really confused me, thanks
Do you know whos pushing the limits of MEM OC? I search 7200 and 8000 and nothing comes up relating to gen 10. Or do i just use 13 and 14th gen intel mem oc as a reference
Also do you know why intel puts DDR5 6400 as the maximum limit? Is it because of 64GB ram instead of 32 due to higher voltages or something else?
