Hello.
I have a Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H (Ryzen 7 5800H, RTX 3060) with Windows 11 Pro version 23H2. Since yesterday, I cannot turn it off from Windows. The keyboard flashes RGB for a moment and the screen turns back on, however, the laptop is now locked.
It does turn off I press the button.
Also, hibernation doesn't work either.
Sleep works.
What I've tried so far:
updating all drivers
disconnecting the battery in the BIOS
restarting the laptop several times
restoring the system to a previous state when I didn't have the issues (even during that I had a blue screen error)
disconnecting all USB devices
Is this a software or a hardware issue?
It has 2 months of warranty left, but I'd have to return it to a different country most likely.
