#Brightness dimming/dropping issue after 10 seconds of inactivity since the last windows update

Model: Legion 5 Pro 16ARX8

Describe the issue: Since I updated my laptop to Windows 11 24H2, after every 10 seconds the screen is dimming, with brightness dropping to 0.

What have you tried already?: I have searched on Google and tried solutions such as going to advanced power settings -> display -> turn off adaptive brightness, but there are no adaptive brightness settings there.
Change brighness based on content is also turned off in settings -> system -> display
Energy saver is turned off in Settings -> System -> Power & Battery
I reinstalled the nvidia driver and used multiple versions of nvidia driver.

When did it start producing the issue: After Windows 11 24H2 update

Did you install new drivers or software?: Yes

Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: Yes, the issue can be seen near 10 seconds mark. I moved the mouse to stop the recording and the brightness increased again at 13 seconds mark.

if you do reinstall the AMD driver, use DDU and install the driver from on lenovo's website
