Model: Legion 5P 15IMH05H (rtx 2060, i5 10300h, 16g ram)
Describe the issue: When playing theHunter Call of the wild, after 2 or 3 minutes of gameplay i get a black screen and the laptop restarts after 10 seconds of black screen, it happened also in Battlefield 2042.
When did it start producing the issue: Today, completely random, nothing installed or uninstalled, yesterday i played theHunter for a couple of hours with no issues, but today, i started my laptop in order to play the game and it started black screening, over and over again, it happened like 10 times.
Did you install new drivers or software?: No, only after having this issue i updated the graphics card driver as well as some windows update, and it still does the same
i believe videos and images are not useful, just a random black screen after 3 4 minutes of gameplay, always the same period. Laptop black screens and then restarts. If needed i will make a video of it.
this thing happened in the past rarely, it happened most recently while playing God of War Ragnarok 2 months ago, it happened a couple of times during the gameplay but it did not bother me. Now it happens every single time i enter and try playing theHunter.
Temperatures seem to be fine, gpu is always under 70*C and cpu under a bit over 90 or a bit under, gpu usage is 80 something % and cpu under 70%, everything looks normal to me.
i tried EC reset (the 60 seconds power button method) nothing changed, same issue.
My last thing to do i believe it is to reinstall the windows, i would like to avoid this but if needed i will. Any idea what could it be ? Thank you.
