#Black screen after start up logo

Describe the issue: after I turn on I see logo and then  I hear the start up sound and keyboard light works but blank screen 
What have you tried already?: win+ctrl+shift+b  and restarting 
When did it start producing the issue:  it’s been on and off for weeks but never this bad. 
Did you install new drivers or software?: amd drivers as per the call of duty website 
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: nope sorry
