Describe the issue: I have this issue where my keyboard suddenly stops being responsive, and the backlight (which I have OFF) turns on.
Sometimes right after this, the screen also becomes unresponsive. I need to hold down the power button and have the laptop turn off before I restart it again.
When the laptop does start up again, the num lock and fn lock settings are lost, and lately, I find that conservation mode is also turned off.
I've also had this issue wherein I've had the windows blue screen- 'your PC ran into a problem' thing crop up before my laptop restarted automatically.
What have you tried already?: I haven't tried anything, I'm unsure of what the issue might even be.
When did it start producing the issue: I setup an ubuntu dualboot in November, and the issues seem to have cropped up a while after that.
Did you install new drivers or software?: None.
Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: I've not been able to take any, I'll try again next time.
