So I've had my legion for about a year and a half now but for some reason the laptop is always hot and the temps are ridiculous and reach all the way to 99 degrees on idle gaming and 70 on normal workloads. My frames have also suffered going from 80-120 frames to barely maintaining 45-60 frames now. I was thinking of replacing the thermal paste and pads but not sure If that would fix that problem? If so what would you guys recommend me to buy and do? Thank you!

I did the lenovo cleanup from vantage and my warranty isn't reinstated until 29 days and these frame drops and temps are just insane.

maybe clean fans and vents, and try DDU and reinstall gpu drivers
If still no results, then its probably time to repaste PTM 7950

also CPU runs at 20%+ and memory is at 50%+ usage at all times despite only having opera gx open?
