Model: Legion Pro 5 16IRX8 (13500hx - 4060)

Describe the issue:
Random crashes on all GPU-intensive games.
By GPU intensive I mean any new or non-2d games. (BG3, Apex, Cyberpunk, the Finals, etc.)
So in short all gpu intensive games crash randomly on avg every 2 hours.

This is what I see in Event Viewer every time a game crashes
The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

\Device\Video8
Error occurred on GPUID: 100

An interesting thing is, the crashes seem to happen less frequently if I limit fps in games. So for example in Apex I get like avg 200 fps normally, when I limit fps to 120 I crash much less frequently.
I also play WoW and I never even crashed once because it doesn't use the GPU much.

What have you tried already?:
DDU driver and use recommended one here, DDU and use latest driver
Update Bios, Undervolt GPU

When did it start producing the issue: I am not sure, months ago

Did you install new drivers or software?: Installed both recommended and new nvidia drivers with DDU, nothing worked. Updated BIOS. I also have msi afterburner installed but my gpu is on stock settings right now.

Can you provide images/videos to show us the issue: -
