Describe the issue: The left fan, if you look at the computer from the back, runs every few seconds in a circle. It than stops, which makes an obnoxious loud noise and vibrates the computer. It than does it again, about every 14 seconds.
What have you tried: Installing new software, restarting, shutting down, opening the back of the computer to clean the fan (I have only taken the outside dust as I don’t know how to clean inside).
When did it start producing the issue: One day ago. It did this last month for about a week. Right before I took it into Best Buy, it suddenly stopped.
Did you install new drivers or software: Installed new software. I am unsure of how to install new driver.
Can you provide us with images/videos to show us the issue: Yes, I will attach a video of the fans.
